You retain ownership of the code, projects, and other content you submit to ByteHouse ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ByteHouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content in connection with operating the platform and its events.

6. Intellectual Property

ByteHouse retains ownership of the platform, its design, logo, and proprietary content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform or from any user interactions.
